One concern many mental health consumers have about going, or returning, to work is losing their health benefits. The Employed Individuals with Disabilities (EID) Program is a new work incentive administered by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene that will help solve that problem. The program allows eligible working Marylanders with disabilities to pay a small fee to keep or obtain Medicaid health benefits. This workshop provides information about the eligibility criteria and application process, as well as extensive resource information. Participants will also explore the benefits of working as part of recovery.
